Job Description

The Hotel Limousine Supervisor oversees the daily operations of the hotel's limousine and transportation services to ensure high standards of guest satisfaction, safety, and efficiency. This role is responsible for scheduling drivers, maintaining vehicles, coordinating guest transportation requests, and ensuring compliance with hotel standards and local transportation regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily limousine service operations, including scheduling, dispatching, and routing. Ensure all transportation requests are fulfilled in a timely and professional manner. Monitor limousine drivers to ensure professional appearance, punctuality, and adherence to customer service standards. Conduct routine inspections of vehicles to ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper maintenance. Coordinate with other departments (e.g., Front Desk, Concierge, Events) to arrange guest transportation for arrivals, departures, and local excursions. Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, fuel consumption, maintenance logs, and trip reports. Handle guest complaints or issues related to transportation with discretion and professionalism. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal transportation regulations and hotel policies. Assist in the hiring, training, and performance evaluation of limousine drivers. Monitor expenses and recommend cost-effective transportation solutions.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or transportation management certification is a plus. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in hotel transportation or supervisory roles. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Proficiency in transportation scheduling software and basic office tools. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
