Valid own visa
(mandatory) Minimum2 years of supervisory experience
in hospitality, concierge, or transportation services Excellentcommunication and customer service skills
Ability to stay organized and multitask in ahigh-pressure, fast-paced environment
Knowledge of Dubai/UAE roads
and top hotel locations is a plus Presentable, professional appearance with aVIP service mindset
Willingness to workflexible shifts
, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysKey Responsibilities:
Serve as the
main point of contact
between 5-star hotel partners and our limousine team Coordinate and overseeguest bookings
, ensuring prompt and professional VIP transfer services Supervise and schedule chauffeurs assigned to hotel locations Managedaily dispatches, special guest requests
, and on-the-go itinerary changes Resolve anyguest concerns or service issues
promptly and professionally Build and maintain excellent relationships withhotel concierge teams and front desk staff
