We are looking for a reliable and experienced Hotel Limousine Supervisor to manage daily limousine operations for hotel guests. The ideal candidate will oversee drivers, ensure timely service, maintain vehicle standards, and provide excellent guest experience.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the hotel's limousine car operations
Assign drivers to scheduled trips and hotel guest pick-ups/drop-offs
Monitor driver attendance, grooming, and performance
Ensure vehicles are clean, maintained, and compliant with safety standards
Handle guest complaints and resolve service-related issues
Coordinate with hotel management and front desk for bookings
Prepare daily/weekly activity reports
Ensure compliance with UAE transport and hotel service regulations
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar supervisory role
Ability to manage a team and work under pressure
Fluent in both
Arabic and English and Russian (if possible)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Flexible with working long hours (12-15 hours daily)
Knowledge of UAE roads and limousine service standards is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
