STAR HOTEL URGENT HIRING FOR HOTEL ENGINEERING SUPERVISOR:
We are looking for an Engineering Supervisor to manage the maintenance issues within the hotel to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience while performing daily checks, repairing equipment, and coordinating renovation projects.

The

main duties and responsibilities

of this role:

Ensure that the hotel's equipment is operated in accordance with standards to ensure maximum efficiency and guest satisfaction. Ensures all engineering employees follow the Engineering Standards and Procedures as issued from time to time. Responsible for the proper organization and functioning of the energy management function. Supports and initiates programs for the improvement of procedures and the reduction of energy and utility costs. Analyzes and monitors energy costs daily and maintains energy consumption within the Target. Analyzes, monitors, and saves all expenditures for the department. Maintains an equipment and machinery record system for the property. Interacts and cooperates with hotel guests and outside contractors as directed by his superior. Interacts and cooperates with other departments when necessary to provide additional or specialized services for functions, promotions, and festivities. Assists in Engineering contract analysis. Assists Technicians with maintenance and repair when required. Update and maintain all the records and checklists related to Al Sarab Hotel and Local Authorities.

Here are the qualifications below:

Must have a diploma in Engineering or a related field is preferred. Maximum Three (3) years of experience in the same position in the hospitality industry. Professional attitude and appearance. Solid written and verbal communication skills. Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks. Operations experience in facilities and engineering management. Ability to positively motivate teams and individuals. Demonstrated experience leading a multi-disciplined technical team. Customer service attitude. Flexibility to work in shifts.
