Keeping an eye on all the operations of the hotel, including activities of all departments
Inspecting all the rooms regularly in order to check if they are keeping up with the hotel standards
Recruiting, training, and supervising staff
Managing budgets
Planning maintenance works, events, and room bookings
Overseeing daily hotel operations, including room bookings, guest services, housekeeping, and maintenance to ensure guest satisfaction and operational efficiency
Developing and implementing business strategies to achieve financial goals, including setting room rates, budgeting, and forecasting revenue and expenses
Planning, organizing, and directing all hotel services, including front-of-house (reception, concierge, and reservation) services, food and beverage operations, and housekeeping
Ensuring guest satisfaction, creating budgets, and implementing marketing strategies.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Proven work experience as a Hotel General Manager or similar role
Experience with hotel management software and Point of Sale (POS) systems
Solid understanding of hospitality procedures and best practices
Knowledge of hotel operations, including marketing, housekeeping, and guest relations
Strong business acumen with a strategic ability to analyze market trends and competitor activity
BSc degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Business Administration or relevant field
