The Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Hotel General Manager to lead our prestigious hotel in Dubai. The ideal candidate will oversee all hotel operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, operational excellence, and profitability. This role demands strong leadership, strategic planning, and a passion for hospitality. Responsibilities: - Oversee daily hotel operations to ensure high standards of service and guest satisfaction. - Develop and implement strategic plans to drive hotel revenue and profitability. - Lead and motivate a diverse team across various departments including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance. - Manage budgets, financial performance, and allocate resources efficiently. - Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations. - Build and maintain excellent relationships with guests, suppliers, and stakeholders. - Drive marketing and promotional activities to enhance the hotel's market position. - Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. - Resolve guest complaints promptly and effectively to maintain a positive reputation. - Recruit, train, and develop staff to foster a culture of excellence and teamwork.



Requirements

Proven experience as a Hotel General Manager or in a senior management role within the hospitality industry. - Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire and develop teams. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities. - In-depth knowledge of hotel operations, financial management, and relevant software systems. - Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions. - Ability to work in a fast-paced and multicultural environment. - Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. - Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an advantage. - Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences. - Flexible and adaptable with a problem-solving attitude.
