Hotel General Manager - 5-Star Luxury Hotel | Abu Dhabi
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven hospitality leader with substantial experience in managing luxury hotels and resorts in competitive international markets. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of:
Delivering exceptional guest experiences Driving profitability Leading high-performing teams & building a strong employee culture Maintaining brand standards and operational excellence
Strong familiarity with the UAE luxury hospitality landscape is essential, including a well-established professional network and a deep understanding of local guest preferences and regulatory frameworks. Experience in pre-opening, repositioning, and achieving market-leading results in both ADR and GOP is highly desirable.
