The

Bilingual Hostess

will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all guests while managing reservations, seating arrangements, and front-of-house operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in

English and Arabic

(or another second language), strong customer service abilities, and a professional demeanor suitable for a luxury or fine dining environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner. Manage reservations, waitlists, and table assignments efficiently. Escort guests to their tables and provide menus. Coordinate with the service and kitchen teams to ensure smooth guest flow and timely service. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception and waiting areas. Assist in promoting restaurant offerings, special events, and menu highlights. Ensure compliance with hygiene, grooming, and service standards.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Bilingual proficiency

- fluent in

English

and

Arabic

(or another widely spoken language). Minimum

1-2 years of experience

as a hostess or in guest relations, preferably in a

luxury hotel, restaurant, or hospitality environment

. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Professional appearance and a positive, outgoing attitude. Must be
