We are looking for a professional and bilingual (Arabic & English) Host/Hostess to join our stylish lounge in Al Ain. As the first point of contact, you will create a welcoming atmosphere and ensure exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities:

- Warmly greet and seat guests upon arrival.

- Good Looking .

- Manage reservations, walk-ins, and waiting lists efficiently.

- Answer phone calls and assist guests in Arabic and English.

- Maintain a tidy and inviting reception area.

- Coordinate with servers and management for smooth service flow.

- Handle guest requests and concerns with professionalism.

- Uphold the lounge's ambiance with a polished appearance and courteous attitude.

Requirements:

- Fluent in Arabic & English (spoken and written).

- Prior experience as a host/hostess or in customer service (preferred).

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Well-groomed and professional demeanor.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Basic computer skills (POS/reservation systems are a plus).

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
