We are urgently hiring a
Hostess / Captain
for a reputed standalone restaurant in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have3-5 years of experience in standalone or hotel restaurants
, with a pleasant personality, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle high-volume restaurant operations.Key Responsibilities:
Welcome, greet, and seat guests in a professional and friendly manner Manage reservations and coordinate guest seating to optimize table turnover Supervise and support service staff to ensure smooth daily operations Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with efficiency and courtesy Ensure service standards, hygiene, and customer satisfaction are maintained Coordinate with kitchen and service teams during peak operations
Requirements:
3-5 years of F&B experience
in a standalone restaurant or hotel restaurantBilingual preferred
Must belocally available in Qatar
with a transferable visa/NOCPleasant personality
, well-presented, and customer-focused Strong organizational and leadership skills Ability to manage operations in abusy restaurant environment
Immediate joiners preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: QAR2,500.00 - QAR3,500.00 per month
