About The Role

Support the Head of Hospitality with all the various projects & initiatives associated with the hospitality acting as a central project management function for strategic & rollout projects & Initiatives.

What You\xe2\x80\x99ll Be Doing

\xc2\xb7 Acts as the project management for the function

\xc2\xb7 Develops & manages various data analytics & reporting tools for hospitality business to monitor business performance & inform decision making

\xc2\xb7 Responsible for delivery upgrade & cost

\xc2\xb7 Develop merchandising plan for all stores & liaise with visual merchandising

\xc2\xb7 Serves as financial data analytics point for the business optimism for system upgrade

\xc2\xb7 Acts as the R&D collection point for F&B, design and technology

\xc2\xb7 Functional Roles and Responsibilities

\xc2\xb7 Provides data-driven input based on historical trends, customer and market analytics, and regulatory changes to inform decision-making

\xc2\xb7 Works closely with key business stakeholders to drive all strategic projects for Hospitality business including policy and process gap analysis and improvement, performance improvement, and other ad hoc initiatives, from start through completion

About You

Education/Certification and Continued Education
  • A bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree preferably in Hospitality Management, Business, Finance or any other relevant field such as Supply-Chain Management
Years of Experience
  • Min of 5 to 7 years of relevant experience.
Knowledge and Skills
  • Good knowledge of Hospitality/F&B business
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and MS office as well as relevant financial analysis and planning tools
  • Strong financial planning, modeling & data analytics skills
  • Strong Project Management skills
Languages
  • English fluency including very good verbal and written communication and presentation skills
