We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Hospitality & F&B Manager oversees the full operations of the hotel, ensuring exceptional service across all departments including Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, Front Office, Staff Accommodation, and overall Hospitality Management. The role includes strategic planning, budgeting, project development, team leadership, and managing hospitality for guests, staff, delegations, and VIP visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
Hotel & Hospitality Management
Oversee daily hotel operations to maintain high-quality service and guest satisfaction.
Manage Front Office, Guest Services, Housekeeping, F&B, and Staff Accommodation departments.
Implement hospitality standards, procedures, and operational policies.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and quality requirements.
Food & Beverage Management
Lead all F&B outlets including restaurants, bars, catering services, and in-room dining.
Develop menus, pricing strategies, and quality control measures together with the culinary team.
Monitor inventory levels, purchasing, supplier relations, and cost efficiencies.
Ensure outstanding guest experience in all F&B areas.
Housekeeping Oversight
Oversee cleanliness, hygiene standards, and room readiness.
Manage housekeeping staffing, schedules, training, and performance.
Maintain inventory control of linen, amenities, and cleaning supplies.
Staff Accommodation & Welfare
Oversee management of staff housing facilities, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and comfort.
Coordinate with HR and accommodation supervisors for room assignments, maintenance, and staff welfare needs.
Implement rules, standards, and procedures for staff accommodation operations.
Address staff concerns and ensure a positive living environment.
Hospitality & Delegation Management
Plan and manage hospitality arrangements for VIPs, government delegations, business partners, and official guests.
Organize and coordinate welcome protocols, event setups, accommodation, transportation, and F&B for delegations.
Ensure seamless execution of hospitality programs and special events.
Maintain strong relationships with partners, guests, and stakeholders to enhance the hotel's reputation.
Budgeting & Financial Management
Prepare and manage annual budgets and forecasts for all hotel and F&B operations.
Monitor revenue, expenses, cost control measures, and financial performance.
Collaborate with the finance team to track KPIs, P&Ls, and operational targets.
Develop cost-saving and revenue-enhancement strategies.
Strategy & Project Development
Develop and implement operational strategies to drive performance and guest satisfaction.
Lead or support hotel improvement projects, expansions, renovations, or new initiatives.
Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
Team Leadership & Management
Lead, mentor, and manage a multidisciplinary team across the hotel.
Conduct staff appraisals, coaching, and training programs.
Foster a strong service culture and collaborative work environment.
Coordinate with HR on recruitment, training, and performance management.
Guest Relations
Ensure timely and effective resolution of guest issues and complaints.
Maintain excellent guest relations to achieve high satisfaction scores and repeat business.
Qualifications & Skills:
Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.
Accredited F&B Hygiene / Food Safety certification (e.g., PIC Level 3, HACCP, or equivalent) -- required.
Proven experience in hotel operations, F&B management, and hospitality leadership.
Strong knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Experience in budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control.
Ability to manage multiple departments, projects, and teams simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
