Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Food and Beverage (F&B) Manager to oversee our food service operations. As the F&B Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of service, quality, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Management:

Oversee daily operations of all food and beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, room service, and banquets. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards. Manage inventory, order supplies, and control costs.

Staff Management:

Train and supervise staff. Schedule staff shifts and ensure adequate coverage. Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork.

Customer Service:

Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing customer concerns and complaints promptly. Develop and implement strategies to improve service quality and guest experience.

Financial Management:

Monitor financial performance and implement corrective actions as needed. Analyze sales and revenue reports to identify areas for improvement.

Menu Development:

Collaborate with chefs and culinary teams to design and update menus. Ensure menu items meet quality standards and align with customer preferences.

Marketing and Promotion:

Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote F&B services. Organize events and special promotions to attract customers.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience as an F&B Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to manage budgets and financial plans. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and point-of-sale (POS) systems. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.

Pay: Up to AED3,500.00 per month
