The F&B Manager is responsible for managing the pool bar and restaurants with a strong focus on
driving business, increasing revenue, and enhancing profitability
. This includes leading the F&B team, maintaining service excellence, and implementing creative strategies to attract more guests and boost sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales and revenue through promotions, events, and upselling.
Develop and execute business plans to attract both in-house and outside guests.
Oversee operations of the pool bar and restaurants to ensure guest satisfaction.
Monitor costs, control waste, and ensure profitability.
Lead, train, and motivate the F&B team for high performance.
