Role Overview
Responsible for driving sales growth and market presence within the UAE HORECA segment -- including Hotels, Restaurants, Cafes, Catering Companies, and Institutional Clients. Ensures achievement of monthly sales targets, customer satisfaction, and smooth coordination with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage HORECA client accounts across the UAE.
Conduct regular market visits to ensure product availability and visibility.
Negotiate and close sales agreements in line with company policies.
Monitor competitor activities and suggest growth initiatives.
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure timely payment collections.
Supervise and guide the field sales/merchandising team.
Requirements
2-5 years of HORECA or Food Service sales experience in the UAE (mandatory).
Strong understanding of UAE market and customer dynamics.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and sales reporting.
Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to AED7,000.00 per month
