We are seeking a motivated and professional Home Sales Consultant to join our expanding team.

Role Overview

The Home Sales Consultant will guide clients through the process of buying and selling residential properties. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer?focused approach, and a solid understanding of the local real estate market.

Key Responsibilities

Assist clients with purchasing and selling residential properties Conduct property viewings, presentations, and negotiations Generate new leads through networking, referrals, and market activities Prepare and manage property listings on major real estate portals Provide clients with accurate market insights, pricing guidance, and community information Build and maintain a strong client database Collaborate with marketing and administrative teams to ensure smooth transactions Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements

Experience in residential real estate sales (Abu Dhabi market experience preferred) Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Customer?oriented mindset with the ability to build long?term relationships Self?motivated, target?driven, and able to work independently Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage Valid UAE driving license and access to a car Real estate certification is a plus
