Key Responsibilities
Guide clients through the process of purchasing new homes, from initial inquiry to closing
Present and promote residential properties, including villas, apartments, and off-plan developments
Conduct property tours and highlight key features, amenities, and community benefits
Understand client needs and match them with suitable housing options
Build long-term relationships with buyers, developers, and referral partners
Stay informed on market trends, pricing, and legal documentation
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth transactions
Qualifications & Skills
2+ years of experience in residential real estate sales or customer service
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent in English; Arabic or other languages are a plus
Knowledge of Abu Dhabi's residential communities and lifestyle offerings
Tech-savvy with CRM and property listing platforms
Professional appearance and client-focused attitude
Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle
