Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Home Sales Consultant to join our growing team. In this role, you will guide clients through the home-buying process, from initial inquiry to closing, while delivering exceptional service and expert advice on residential properties.
Key Responsibilities
Assist clients in buying residential properties, including apartments, villas, and townhouses
Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information about listings
Understand client needs and recommend suitable properties based on preferences and budget
Negotiate offers and close sales in a timely and professional manner
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market and new developments
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and property developers
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transaction processes
Qualifications
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in residential real estate sales or a related field
Strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi housing market
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Fluent in English; Arabic or other languages is a plus
Self-motivated and target-driven with a customer-first mindset
Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle preferred
