Position Overview

We are seeking personable and results-driven Home Sales Consultants to join our growing team. This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about helping clients find the perfect home and who thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. You will guide buyers through every step of the home-buying process, from initial consultation to closing, while delivering exceptional service and market expertise.

Key Responsibilities

Assist clients in identifying suitable residential properties based on their needs and preferences Conduct property tours and provide detailed information on listings, communities, and amenities Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and developers Stay informed on local market trends, pricing strategies, and legal procedures Negotiate and close home sales with professionalism and integrity Maintain accurate records using CRM systems and company tools

Qualifications

Previous experience in residential real estate or customer-facing roles preferred Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently Fluent in English; additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, or French are a plus UAE driving license and own vehicle preferred Familiarity with CRM platforms and digital marketing tools is an advantage
