Responsibilities:
Provide daily assistance and personal care to elderly patients
Monitoring blood sugar
Monitor patients' health, including vital signs and symptoms.
Administer medications as prescribed and assist with medical procedures.
Ensure patients' comfort, safety, and well-being at all times.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to create and follow individualized care plans.
Communicate effectively with patients and their families, addressing their concerns and needs.
Requirements:.
DHA license for RN is mandatory
BSC Nursing
Preferring experience in handling home care patients
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Commitment to delivering patient-centered care with empathy and professionalism.
