We are currently looking for a passionate Holiday Consultant responsible for converting leads into bookings, managing customer communications and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

Lead Conversion: Convert leads into bookings and achieve sales targets Design, plan, and arrange bespoke travel packages and itineraries based on client preferences. Offer expert advice on destinations, accommodation, tours, and travel methods and stay updated on the latest travel trends, destination information, and safety advisories. Handle bookings, invoices, and issue travel documents to clients. Provide pre-travel and in-travel support to clients, ensuring a seamless travel experience. Manage relationships with travel partners and vendors to secure the best rates and services. Resolve any travel-related issues or complaints with professionalism and care. Contribute to marketing efforts and promote travel packages through various channels. Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues or concerns

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Holiday Manager with a minimum of 3 year in the role. Extensive knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English. Additional languages are a plus. Strong sales skills and customer-oriented approach Proficiency in travel booking systems and software. Attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks. Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field is preferred.

Pay: AED 4500 - AED5500 per month
