Job Description

As a Leisure and Holidays Manager, you will oversee the creation, management, and delivery of customized leisure travel packages for families, groups, honeymooners, and solo travelers. Your responsibilities include collaborating with travel service providers, designing tailored itineraries, updating existing packages, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. You will play a key role in maintaining client relationships, providing expert travel guidance, and managing team operations to meet business goals. This is a full-time on-site position located in Dubai.

Qualifications

Proven expertise in planning customized leisure and holiday packages, including itinerary creation and coordination Exceptional organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple clients and complex schedules Strong communication and negotiation skills for collaborating with clients and travel vendors Proficiency in using travel booking software and tools Knowledge of local and international travel regulations, visa requirements, and tourism trends Ability to lead and manage a team effectively, fostering a positive and productive work environment Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field Experience in the travel industry and knowledge of the Dubai market is highly desirable
