Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Act as the primary liaison between the prospective client and the company.
  • Schedule appointments and viewing for property sales and rental.
  • Advise clients throughout the negotiation process to help them get maximum value for their home
  • Perform real estate market analysis/research and stay updated with trends and best practices
  • Maintain and update listings of the available properties
  • Answer questions about contracts and terms of sale
  • Research and find investor/prospect clients to sign up with the short-term rental business
  • Upselling and assistance through the process of short-term rental and real estate properties of the company.
  • Perform other relevant assignments as requested.
Desired Skill & Expertise:
  • Valid Real Estate License or the ability to obtain one quickly
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills Ability to understand and present contracts
  • Strong work ethic, and a pleasant and trustworthy demeanor
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. Must know telephone and email etiquette.
  • Ability to work independently with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Driving license
