Holiday Homes Consultant
Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and persuasive Sales Agent to help expand our portfolio of holiday homes by recruiting property owners to list their properties on Airbnb, Booking.com, Agoda, and other short-term rental platforms. Your main role will be identifying, approaching, and onboarding homeowners interested in monetizing their property through short-term rentals.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential property owners interested in short-term rental opportunities
Present the benefits of listing on platforms like Airbnb, Booking.com, and Agoda
Educate owners on income potential, occupancy rates, and industry trends
Build trust and maintain relationships with homeowners
Guide owners through the onboarding process, including documentation and platform setup
Collaborate with the operations and property management team to ensure smooth onboarding
Meet or exceed monthly targets
Stay up-to-date on local regulations, taxes, and laws related to short-term rentals
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in sales or working with property owners
Valid Driving License
