You'll work closely with housekeeping, maintenance teams, and property owners to deliver smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily operational and administrative tasks for multiple properties.
Coordinate maintenance, housekeeping, and inspection schedules.
Record and track maintenance requests and ensure timely follow-ups.
Support guest communication and resolve operational issues.
Prepare reports, maintain property files, and manage inventory.
Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and contractors for repair or service needs.
Ensure all properties comply with DTCM and company standards.
Requirements:
2-3 years of experience in
holiday homes, hospitality, or property management
.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Strong multitasking and organizational ability.
Computer literate (Excel, PMS, Breezeway, or similar systems).
UAE driving license preferred.
Fluent in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus).
