Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day HR operations and ensure compliance with company policies and UAE labor law.
Handle employee relations and effectively resolve grievances.
Maintain and update employee records, files, and HR databases.
Support recruitment, onboarding, and performance management processes.
Advise management on HR policies, labor law updates, and employee welfare initiatives.
Oversee payroll coordination and other administrative HR functions.
Requirements:
Minimum 4-5 years of HR experience
in the
construction or contracting industry
(mandatory).
Proven experience managing a
workforce of 500+ employees
.
Strong knowledge of
UAE Labor Law
.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
