Hours:
8 hours/day, 6 days/weekKey Responsibilities:
Project Management:
Oversee daily cleaning operations; implement efficient schedules and protocols.Team Leadership:
Supervise, train, and evaluate cleaning staff; manage manpower allocation.Client Relations:
Main client liaison; handle feedback and ensure satisfaction.Compliance & Documentation:
Enforce safety standards; maintain MSDS, SOPs, and training records.Operational Excellence:
Maintain equipment; improve methods and materials.Budget Management:
Prepare/manage budgets; optimize resource use.Training:
Organize BICSc and safety trainings; promote performance culture.Requirements:
5+ years in cleaning ops (3+ years in GCC) Strong knowledge of cleaning practices and team management SOP & MSDS expertise; BICSc training a plus Arabic speaker (read/write); English proficiency required Must be locally available in Qatar with transferable visa & NOC Arabic male or female candidates preferred
