Job Summary

We are looking for a highly organized and result-driven

Project Manager

with strong experience in

carpentry, joinery, exhibitions, and events production

. The candidate will oversee project planning, execution, resource management, and client coordination to ensure successful delivery within deadlines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage carpentry and events projects from initiation to completion. Prepare detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation. Coordinate with design teams, site supervisors, production teams, and subcontractors. Conduct client meetings and ensure project requirements are clearly understood. Monitor project progress and solve issues related to materials, manpower, or site conditions. Prepare BOQs, material lists, project schedules, and progress reports. Ensure quality control, safety, and compliance standards are met. Control project budgets and reduce cost deviations. Oversee fabrication schedules in the carpentry/joinery workshop. Manage installation activities at event or exhibition venues. Maintain clear documentation and approvals throughout the project lifecycle. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field (preferred).

5-8 years of experience

in Project Management in

carpentry, joinery, fit-out, events, or exhibition industry

. Strong understanding of event structures, staging, woodworks, and production layouts. Proficient in project planning software (MS Project/Primavera is a plus). Knowledge of AutoCAD and technical drawings (mandatory). Valid GCC/Qatar Driving License preferred. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
