What You Do
Run a full 360 desk for the German-speaking market Build and grow client portfolios, from startups to listed groups Source, interview, and place candidates end to end Win new clients through cold calls, follow-ups, and meetings Advise founders and C-level leaders with market insights Lead negotiations and close mandates independently
Who Fits
2-3+ years in recruitment, executive search, real estate, or B2B sales Proven deals, revenue, or fees Strong hunter mindset and comfort with cold outreach German C1+ and fluent English Structured, driven, and confident with CRM and targets
