Your Role:
Run your own 360 desk for the German-speaking market Build and manage clients from startups to global corporations Own the full recruitment cycle end to end Advise C-level leaders and drive strategic deals
Your Profile
2-3+ years in recruiting, executive search or outbound B2B sales Proven sales success (fees, revenue, deals) German C1+, strong commercial drive and hunter mentality
