Your Responsibilities:
Work as a 360 Sales Recruiter for the German-speaking market and manage your own portfolio of clients and candidates.
Build and maintain a network of startups, mid-sized companies and publicly listed corporations, including both existing and new clients.
Manage the full recruitment process from active sourcing and interviews to contract offers, plus ongoing candidate support.
Conduct client visits in industries such as Private Equity, Automotive, Real Estate, Marketing, Software, Construction and Logistics. Win new clients and advise them strategically.
Advise board members, C-level executives and specialists on market trends and benchmarks. Lead contract negotiations and pitches independently.
Who We Are Looking For:
At least 2-3 years of experience in one of the following areas: recruitment, headhunting, executive search, real estate or similar, or B2B sales / outbound sales, ideally in a service-driven environment
Proven sales track record, including verifiable revenue, fees or deals
Strong sales drive and hunter mindset, confident in cold calling, follow-ups, closing and objection handling
Language skills: German C1+ (written and spoken, essential for the German market), English fluent for internal communication and working within the Dubai environment
Working style: high self-motivation, ownership, entrepreneurial thinking, thriving in a performance-driven and commission-based setting. Structured CRM-based workflow with focus on pipeline, KPIs and forecasts
