Your Responsibilities:

Run a full 360 desk for the German-speaking market Build and grow a client portfolio across startups, mid-sized firms and listed groups Source, interview and guide candidates throughout the entire recruitment cycle Win new clients and lead visits in industries like Private Equity, Automotive, Real Estate, Software, Marketing and Logistics Support C-level leaders with insights, benchmarks and strategic hiring advice Lead contract negotiations and handle pitches with ownership

Who You Are:

2-3+ years in recruitment, headhunting, executive search, real estate, or B2B / outbound sales Proven track record with measurable revenue, deals or fees Strong hunter mentality with confidence in cold calling, follow-ups and closing German C1+ and fluent English Driven, structured and entrepreneurial, comfortable in a performance-focused environment with CRM, KPIs and pipelines

Your Profile:
