Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Gas Truck Driver to transport gas cylinders and/or bulk gas safely and efficiently. The candidate must ensure timely delivery, follow all safety and Dubai Civil Defence (DCD) regulations, and maintain proper vehicle operation and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Safely operate and drive gas trucks to deliver cylinders or bulk gas to designated locations. Ensure compliance with DCD safety regulations and transport requirements. Inspect vehicle daily for safety, maintenance, and compliance with UAE road transport laws. Load and unload gas cylinders or connect bulk gas delivery systems as required. Maintain accurate delivery logs, trip sheets, and delivery receipts. Report any vehicle malfunctions, delays, or incidents immediately to the supervisor. Follow emergency procedures in case of gas leakage, road accidents, or other hazards. Assist in basic maintenance and cleaning of the truck.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Valid UAE Heavy Vehicle Driving License. Minimum 2-3 years of experience driving gas or hazardous material transport vehicles (preferred). Knowledge of DCD safety standards and hazardous goods transportation regulations. Basic mechanical knowledge of heavy vehicles. Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions.

Skills:

Safe and defensive driving skills. Knowledge of hazardous goods handling. Time management and route planning. Attention to safety compliance. Ability to handle delivery documentation and reporting.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
