Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Healthy Food Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our healthy food restaurant, ensuring a positive customer experience, and leading a team of dedicated staff. Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of the healthy food restaurant, including staff management, inventory management, and customer service
Manage and train restaurant staff to ensure efficient and effective performance
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure consistency and customer satisfaction
Ensure timely preparation and delivery of food orders
Develop and implement new strategies to improve restaurant performance and profitability
Monitor and manage restaurant expenses, including food and labor costs
Communicate effectively with customers, staff, and management to ensure a positive dining experience

Requirements:

At least 3 years of experience in restaurant management, with a focus on healthy food and customer service
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with customers, staff, and management
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Knowledge of health and safety regulations and food handling procedures
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Bachelor\'s degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
