a dynamic and results-driven

Digital Marketing Specialist

to join our team. In this role, you will manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across social media, PPC (Pay-Per-Click), Google Ads, and performance marketing channels. With a focus on driving brand visibility, engagement, and conversions, you will utilize data-driven strategies to achieve the best possible ROI. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, including PPC, social media, and performance-driven campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:



Social Media Marketing:

Develop and implement effective social media marketing strategies for platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter to drive engagement and increase followers. Manage daily content creation, post scheduling, and interaction with the audience across various social platforms. Monitor social media trends and competitor activity to optimize strategies and ensure brand relevance.

PPC/Google Ads Campaign Management:

Create, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns using Google Ads and other paid advertising platforms. Conduct in-depth keyword research and bid management to enhance campaign performance and improve conversion rates. Continuously monitor, adjust, and optimize campaigns based on data insights to maximize budget efficiency and drive results.

Performance Marketing & Analytics:

Develop performance marketing campaigns focused on increasing conversions, leads, and sales through various digital channels. Use tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and SEMrush to monitor campaign performance, track KPIs, and adjust strategies accordingly. Implement A/B testing and landing page optimization to improve conversion rates.

Campaign Optimization & Reporting:

Regularly analyze and report on the performance of campaigns and make data-driven decisions to optimize future strategies. Track key metrics such as Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), click-through rates (CTR), and other performance indicators. Provide insights and recommendations to the marketing team based on performance data to improve future campaigns.

Collaboration & Coordination:

Work closely with content, design, and SEO teams to create cohesive and high-performing digital marketing campaigns.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
