As a

Head Waiter

, you will be the leader of our waitstaff team, ensuring that our guests receive the highest standard of service. You will be responsible for supervising and training junior staff, managing customer interactions, and ensuring smooth operations during busy shifts. Your expertise will help create memorable experiences for our guests.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead a team of waitstaff to ensure excellent service is provided. Greet and seat guests in a professional and friendly manner. Take and deliver food orders efficiently and accurately. Ensure all food and beverage orders meet the highest standards. Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism. Train and mentor new staff members on service techniques and restaurant protocols. Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and correct order fulfillment. Monitor the dining area, ensuring cleanliness and organization. Assist with inventory and stock management as needed. Uphold restaurant standards of quality and cleanliness.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a waiter/waitress, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership role (e.g., head waiter, supervisor). Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging situations. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations. Flexibility with working hours, including nights and weekends. [Any specific certifications or experience required, e.g., Wine knowledge, etc.]
