Emirates Hospitality Center - Catering Services is seeking a
Head Waiter / Location In-Charge / Supervisor
to oversee daily catering operations, ensure high-quality service, and manage staff at assigned locations.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise catering service operations and ensure smooth execution of events.
Lead, train, and manage service staff to maintain excellent customer service standards.
Coordinate with kitchen and logistics teams for timely delivery of services.
Monitor inventory, ensure proper handling of equipment, and maintain hygiene standards.
Handle client requests, feedback, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Prepare shift schedules and report to management on operations.
Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in catering or hospitality supervisory roles.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to handle high-pressure environments and resolve issues promptly.
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
