This position is responsible & accountable for the overall operational excellence of the GBS and ensure continuous value delivery to the Business Units
Work closely with the GBS Lead to devise overall GBS strategy for CLIENT including long range plans, planning budgeting and forecasting for GBS entity
Monitor and implement strategic initiatives for GBS including scope expansion in other functions and expansion of scope within existing functions
Study market trends and infuse latest thinking, innovation, technology etc. to ensure GBS is able to be relevant and provide leading solutions to the business
This position will closely work with the IFFCO Group leadership and business teams to support the building and growth of a dedicated team that offers Innovation and Continuous Improvement as a service in its pursuit for operational excellence across the group
The role will be responsible for defining a continuous improvement strategy, methodology, tools and processes required to embed the CI culture across the company.

Roles & Responsibilities
Set direction and create the operational excellence roadmap with clear outcomes.
Crystallize objectives and deliverables, ensuring highest potential for value delivery.
Work closely with the relevant Functions and Business partners to ensure strategic alignment of continuous improvements projects across the group and businesses ensuring portfolio optimization
Partner with Work stream Leads and Sponsors to develop deliverables and determine appropriate ways to navigate complex issues and change management agendas
Organize and lead project initiatives, focusing on both change management and technical implementation (where appropriate)
Define, manage and control project scope
Participate and take leadership role in estimating functional and technical activities where appropriate
Manage all aspects of Continuous Improvement Strategy, including leadership alignment, value proposition, play book and process design, communications and stakeholder buy in, training and certification plans, rollout and sustainability.
Manage, track and communicate status of work stream efforts, program risks/issues, and progress towards strategic goals.
Foster strong internal and external relationships to ensure strong teaming, develop team skills and improve the overall success of the project.
Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders locally, regionally and globally.
Become a trusted operation excellence advisor and be able to support issues, communication and influence outcomes.
Program manage GBS and BU improvements for our multi-functional workstreams.
Manage a team of continuous improvement professionals. Oversee staffing, recruitment, people management process with HR and support your team\xe2\x80\x99s personal development to embed a high performing team culture.
Be a change ambassador across IFFCO, infusing learning, creating forum to share best practices and develop skills and capabilities in change management.

Work experience requirement
Minimum of 15 years of applicable experience managing, supporting and running Operational Excelence programs in a global organization.
Experience working successfully within a complex matrix structured organization is essential. Global/International experience and track record of managing teams and projects across borders
Track record of successful change and project management to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness across global organizations. Managing the technical and cultural aspects of change.
Qualification
MBA or equivalent business degree from a recognized institution.
Advanced Business degree
Has external Master Black Belt certification in Six Sigma and/or Lean methodology
