Key Responsibilities:
Lead and inspire the pastry team in daily production and service.
Design and develop innovative dessert menus aligned with our brand vision.
Ensure consistent quality, presentation, and taste across all pastry offerings.
Manage inventory, cost control, and ingredient sourcing.
Train, mentor, and schedule pastry staff.
Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety at all times.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a
Head Pastry Chef
or
Senior Pastry Chef
in a high-end bakery, hotel, or restaurant.
Strong knowledge of classical and modern pastry techniques.
Exceptional creativity with a keen eye for detail and presentation.
Excellent leadership, time management, and organizational skills.
Diploma or degree in Pastry Arts, Culinary Arts, or related field preferred.
