Job Description
We are launching a new coffee chain in the UAE, officially representing a well-known luxury automotive brand's line. The company is an official distributor of premium coffee and related products for coffee shops across the region. Our plan is to open 15+ coffee shops within the next three years, beginning with two flagship locations this September.
Therefore, we are looking for a Head Pastry Chef who will create exceptional, visually stunning desserts and lead our team, setting the highest standards for quality and presentation.
Responsibilities:
Develop and design a creative and appealing dessert menu in line with the brand's premium image. Manage pastry production, ensuring consistency, quality, and presentation. Lead and train the pastry team to uphold high culinary standards. Collaborate with the management to refine the concept and deliver a unique customer experience. Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
Requirements:
Extensive experience as a Head Pastry Chef, preferably in premium cafes or restaurants. Strong creativity with a passion for visually appealing and high-quality desserts. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Excellent English communication skills; knowledge of Italian is a plus.
