creative, skilled, and passionate Head Chef

to lead our kitchen operations. If you have deep experience in

About the Role

This is a leadership position with the opportunity to shape and elevate our food program from the inside out. You'll be working with a brand known for its attention to detail, aesthetics, and premium quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain a creative, consistent menu across pastries, breads, breakfast, and sandwiches Manage daily kitchen operations and lead a team of chefs and prep staff Maintain high standards in food quality, hygiene, and presentation Control food cost and inventory efficiently Innovate with seasonal menu additions and elevate guest experience

Requirements:

At least 5 years of experience in a similar role Strong background in pastry, laminated doughs, sourdough baking, and brunch-focused kitchens Excellent leadership, organization, and time management skills Creativity and passion for flavor, plating, and presentation Experience in high-volume, quality-focused cafes or bakeries
