Kaplan International share the vision of our US Partner Universities to support talented international students undertake their degrees in some of the world's most popular student destinations, Arizona, Boston, Connecticut and New York.About the role Reporting to the Regional Director, MENA, and working within our Dubai-based team, you'll bring an unmatched understanding of international recruitment, preferably with a US education or professional working background and knowledge and strong understanding of the MENA region. In addition, you will have significant line management experience and expertise in motivating, and supporting high performing sales teams through continuous improvementIn addition to the above, your responsibilities will includeLeading on and be accountable for the development and execution of a long-term, strategic and tactical, US Recruitment Strategy for the region at a partner university and university school levelMaking an immediate impact driving the achievement of our Spring 2023 targets Line management of and motivating a growing US focused student recruitment regional sales teamEnsuring integrity, compliance and protocol are followed at all times Diligent management of student pipeline, ensuring oversight of every student at all stages of the student journey Travelling across the region for approximately 10-15 weeks per year About you Target driven, self-starter with a passion for sales, motivating and leading within an international education sales context A proven ability to apply business acumen to decision making, an analytical mind with outstanding problem-solving skills At least 5 years' experience recruiting for or working with US universities Excellent understanding of the US further and higher education system University educated Fluency in English Fluency in Arabic Ability to communicate well and influence with a wide range of audiences and levels, across the business and externally Highly developed interpersonal, negotiation, presentation, and communication skills Demonstrated team player Customer focused Ability to work under pressure and to deadline, to meet challenging targets Strong organisational and planning skills, self-motivated and agile Flexibility with working hours including working over weekends when required Experience of customer relationship management software (particularly Salesforce) What we offer An opportunity to bring your creativity and make your mark Being part of our Kaplan Community - a truly global organisation working with teams from across the globe A supportive environment in which to learn new skills and develop Dynamic, international environment Volunteering days Comprehensive Health insurance Housing allowance (included in salary range)
