Join Mercer's growing and high-performing Team of HR Consultants in Abu Dhabi or Dubai! We are currently looking for a senior member that further expands our success in the Energy sector. You are determined, pro-active and interested in developing and building new relationships with local and regional clients in the Energy sector? You are a critical thinker with high levels of resilience, strong conceptual skills, and a natural ability to connect with people from different walks of life? We will count on you to:

• Have a proven track record in delivering and selling HR or other related consulting projects in the Energy space in the MENA region
• Understand key people trends, challenges and opportunities our Energy clients face today, and tomorrow
• Develop and lead industry specific solutions, initiatives, thought leadership and networking events
• Bring international leading practices in people management to our clients
• Develop and implement our Energy client's growth plans through comprehensive data analysis in collaboration with other functional leaders and their teams
• Take on steering committee roles and operate as SME on key consulting projects
• Enjoy working your way around ambiguity and changing demands among a group of passionate, dedicated and fun colleagues

We'd like to hear from you if you:

• Have 12+ years of HR or broader management consulting experience or other related experiences in the Energy sector, ideally a good part of it gathered in the MENA region
• Successfully led teams to drive growth and expansion
• Hold a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Human Resources or any other relevant discipline from a reputable university
• Preferably completed a Master's degree with focus on Organizational/Occupational Psychology, Talent Management, Organizational Behavior, Human Resources or an MBA from a reputable university
• Continue your professional education through membership in professional associations such as the CIPD, the SHRM, the BPS or other relevant professional bodies

• Enjoy solving complex problems without a set answer based on strong research and analytical skills, both of quantitative and qualitative nature
• Are operating at expert levels of the Microsoft Office suite, especially in Excel and PowerPoint
• Have outstanding verbal and written communication skills and are empathetic to the viewpoints of others
• Are fluent in English and preferable also in Arabic
