Charterhouse are working exclusively with an organisation focused within the Technology and Retail sectors. This exclusive mandate is to hire a Head of Talent Acquisition to assist with the growth plans of the organisation. This role is a great opportunity and would suit someone that is looking for an exciting challenge to make a real difference.

The Head of Talent Acquisition will manage and oversee a team of Recruitment Professionals, collaborating with Hiring Managers, developing strong relationships to support their needs. As the Head of Talent Acquisition, it will be your responsibility to create and implement new strategies improving the recruitment process to meet the business requirements.

In addition to managing the Talent Acquisition Team the role-holder will also handle end to end recruitment from sourcing and screening candidates, to face to face interviews, keeping engaged with the successful candidates throughout, maintaining an excellent experience and ensuring a smooth transition into their role.

This role would suit someone who thrives off working in a fast-paced and innovative environment.
