We are launching a new e-invoicing and compliance direction in the UAE under FTA and Peppol regulations.
This is a time-critical role: regulatory deadlines are approaching, and we need a hands-on leader who will own revenue, build the sales system, and close the first major contracts.
You will join at an early stage and start selling before full product and operational maturity -- through compliance offers, early contracts, and phased onboarding.
Your Role in the Team

In the first months, you will be the main deal owner and the architect of the sales system.
You will combine personal sales, team building, and go-to-market strategy.
What You Will Do Personally
Lead and close key enterprise and priority mid-market deals
Run discovery, meetings, negotiations, and contract closing
Build and test compliance-first value propositions
Set up and optimize the sales funnel in CRM
Launch and train BDR / telecalling teams (scripts, conversions, QA)
Own revenue forecasting and weekly/monthly reports
Participate in pricing and contract model design
Work directly with founders on major accounts and strategy
What You Will Build and Lead
Sales, BDR, and Enterprise Sales teams (as hiring progresses)
End-to-end sales processes and playbooks
Lead generation and qualification systems
Scalable forecasting and reporting models
You will be responsible for the overall sales performance of the e-invoicing direction.
What We Expect From You
5+ years in B2B IT / SaaS / ERP / FinTech / Compliance sales
Proven experience launching sales from zero
Strong personal track record in enterprise and mid-market deals
Experience with long sales cycles, legal, and procurement processes
Background in ERP, finance, accounting, or document management
Experience with RegTech / Tax / E-invoicing is a strong advantage
Ability to sell deadline-driven, mandatory compliance solutions
Hands-on experience across the full sales cycle
Strong CRM and forecasting discipline
Confident cold outreach skills (LinkedIn, email, calls)
Experience working with CFOs, Finance, Operations, and Owners
Fluent English (C1+); Arabic is a strong advantage
