We are seeking a

Head of Sales

to lead our Sales function, drive enterprise deal execution, and spearhead our market expansion strategy.

Key Responsibilities



Lead and mentor

the Sales Executives and Business Development team Define, execute, and continuously optimize the

regional sales strategy

Build and manage a

high-quality enterprise pipeline

Engage directly with

C-level and senior decision-makers

(CFO / CIO / Transformation / Sustainability leadership) Oversee the

full sales cycle

from lead generation through to closure Ensure accurate

forecasting, reporting, and performance accountability

Partner with senior leadership on go-to-market planning and market positioning Foster a

high-performance, ownership-driven sales culture


Ideal Candidate Profile



8+ years

experience in

B2B Enterprise Software / SaaS / ERP / Digital Transformation Sales

Minimum 5 years in the UAE

with proven deal-closing record Prior experience

leading

sales teams or a regional sales function Strong negotiation and presentation skills at

executive level

Strategic mindset with a

hands-on execution

approach when required Commercially driven with a focus on

pipeline velocity and revenue targets

Commercial Director / Regional Sales Director

as business scales

Competitive Fixed Salary as per market standards.

Commission:

sales structure, hiring, and go-to-market direction
