Job Description

Key Responsibilities



1. Client Acquisition & Business Development



Lead the acquisition, retention, and expansion of B2B clients in the premium HoReCa segment Analyze market trends, customer segmentation, and client performance to define sales priorities and growth strategies Maintain and optimize CRM workflows (Bitrix24), ensuring visibility into sales pipelines, client interactions, and performance reporting Personally lead negotiations with key accounts and secure long-term, high-value contracts

2. Commercial Operations & Process Management



Ensure smooth onboarding, order management, delivery schedules, and client terms in coordination with operations and finance Monitor and act on accounts receivable data in alignment with the company's cash flow calendar Define and uphold internal commercial processes; drive operational discipline across the sales department

Product Ownership & Assortment Management



Oversee and continuously improve the

product matrix

, ensuring alignment with customer needs, operational capabilities, and market positioning Lead the introduction of new products -- including both internally developed items (R&D, pilot batches) and externally sourced items (via partnerships or procurement) Collaborate with production, supply chain, and marketing to define formats, pricing, packaging, and sales strategies for new product launches Ensure all products are properly positioned in the CRM and sales documentation, with clear commercial policies (MOQ, delivery formats, etc.)

Team Leadership & Performance Management



Manage and mentor the sales team, building a performance-driven culture based on accountability and measurable outcomes Design and monitor incentive schemes, ensuring alignment with company goals Facilitate regular team meetings and training sessions to support continuous improvement Encourage cross-functional collaboration with other departments

Collaboration with Marketing



Define commercial priorities and campaigns in coordination with the marketing team. Guide content, branding, and visual asset development for HoReCa-facing communication Ensure marketing deliverables support product launches and customer acquisition strategies

Required Qualifications



5+ years of experience in B2B sales leadership, preferably in HoReCa, FMCG, or perishable goods Experience managing product portfolios and leading product introductions across internal and external supply lines Strong negotiation, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills Deep understanding of pricing, gross margin, and profitability management Proficiency in CRM systems (Bitrix24 preferred) and data-driven sales management Fluent in English (mandatory); Arabic is a strong advantage

Candidate Requirements



Minimum 3-5 years of experience managing B2B sales (in the HoReCa segment as a benefit) Background in premium, fresh, or farm-based products is a strong plus Hands-on experience with CRM systems (preferably Bitrix24) and strong commercial analytics skills Strategic mindset with operational discipline and execution capabilities Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with key clients Proven leadership, high accountability, and ability to structure and lead a result-oriented team Fluency in English is mandatory. Arabic language proficiency is a strong advantage
