Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Head of Sales to lead and scale our multi-division real estate operations across the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in off-plan, land, secondary market, and rental sales, with exceptional leadership skills to drive revenue growth, optimize performance, and build high-performing teams across all channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to position the company as a leader in the luxury real estate segment. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales managers and executives to achieve and exceed performance targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with HNWIs, UHNWIs, private offices, and global brokerage networks. Oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring a seamless client experience. Collaborate with marketing and senior management to align sales initiatives with brand positioning and market strategy. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new growth opportunities. Represent the company at international roadshows, exhibitions, and exclusive client events.

Qualifications & Requirements:

10+ years of progressive real estate sales experience, including 5+ years in senior leadership or Director roles in the UAE. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field; MBA preferred. Expert knowledge of the UAE property market, including residential, commercial, and off-plan sales cycles. Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage large multicultural sales teams, consistently exceeding multi-million-dollar sales targets. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and high-stakes presentation skills. Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making capabilities. Valid RERA Certification is mandatory. Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages (e.g., Russian, Arabic, Chinese) is highly advantageous.
