Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Execution
Develop and lead the real estate sales strategy to achieve business goals and revenue targets.
Oversee all sales activities, including planning, lead generation, client management, and closing deals.
Drive business development initiatives, including partnerships, agency networks, and investor relationships.
Team Leadership & Management
Recruit, train, and lead a high-performance real estate sales team.
Set and monitor individual and team KPIs, targets, and performance metrics.
Conduct regular sales training, coaching, and performance reviews.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, investors, and stakeholders.
Manage negotiations for high-value transactions and strategic deals.
Resolve escalated client issues and ensure client satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.
Regulatory & Legal Compliance
Ensure all sales operations are compliant with local property and real estate laws.
Maintain accurate documentation, contracts, and legal records (e.g., MOUs, sales agreements).
Coordinate with legal, compliance, and finance teams as needed.
Market Research & Analysis
Monitor and analyze property market trends, pricing, and competitor strategies.
Identify new opportunities in residential, commercial, off-plan, or leasing segments.
Provide strategic recommendations to the executive team based on market insights.
Collaboration & Coordination
Work closely with the marketing team to align campaigns with sales goals.
Collaborate with the operations and project teams to ensure product readiness and handover timelines.
Participate in investor meetings, property exhibitions, and client events.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
8-10 years of real estate sales experience, with at least 3-5 years in a senior leadership role.
Proven track record in leading large sales teams and achieving revenue targets.
Strong understanding of the real estate market (residential, commercial, off-plan, or investment).
Excellent negotiation, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, Property Finder platforms).
Fluency in English is required; other languages (e.g., Arabic, Russian, Chinese) are a plus.
