We are looking for a results-driven and experienced Sales Manager / Team Leader to join our dynamic real estate team in Dubai.
This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who has been a top closer themselves and knows how to build and lead a sales team from the ground up.
Responsibilities:
Build and manage a high-performing sales team
Develop sales strategies and targets aligned with our business goals
Train and support agents to close deals more effectively
Manage lead distribution and follow-up process (CRM usage)
Coordinate with developers to secure inventory and project access
Report directly to the CEO on weekly progress and KPIs
? Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years experience in Dubai real estate market
Proven track record in closing high-ticket deals (off-plan/resale)
Strong leadership, training, and motivational skills
Fluent in English (Arabic or Farsi is a plus)
Well-connected with developers and agencies in the city
Ability to work independently and drive results
